Built Local Text me

Custom pages for local businesses.

Stop taking orders in your DMs.

I build one-page sites for people who sell plates, hoodies, and detail jobs, not tech companies. The customer picks what they want, the total adds itself, the order lands in your email with a code, and the pay button opens Venmo with the amount already typed in. Live in five days. You keep every dollar.

Hey.

A friend of mine launched a food business this summer with a flyer, a Cash App, and his phone. Good food, real hustle, orders coming in. Every one of them came in as a message. If you sell anything through Instagram, you know the messages. "Did you get my order?" "How much was it again?" "Can I add fries?" That's not a him problem. That's what DMs do to every kitchen, every drop, every booking, and every minute spent adding totals is a minute not cooking.

So I built him a page. He said yes on a Thursday morning. The first version was live that afternoon. His real menu, real prices, and pay buttons went public that Sunday, three days later. Now the customer builds the plate, picks a pickup day, taps pay, and the order shows up in his email with a code like ORD-4287 and the exact total. He matches the payment to the code and cooks.

Since then, a clothing brand launched its first drop on one of these: six pieces, sizes, pre-orders that close on a date, his own .com. Same page, different hustle.

That's the whole product. One page that takes the order, whatever the order is.

Go tap through it

Tap through them on your phone. Universal Eatz and Sold Separately are live right now, taking real orders, so build a plate or a bag and see what your customers would see. Don't hit pay unless you actually want it.

Northwind Auto Detail sample site on a phone: video of a car being polished, book a detail, call, directions

Sample build

Northwind Auto Detail

Not everybody sells plates. A detailer, a barber, a gym, a bakery: some businesses don't need a cart, they need a front door that looks as good as the work. Video of the work up top, what you offer, your story, hours, and one tap to book, call, or get directions. Sample, not a real shop.

Same five days. Text me what you do.

Sold Separately clothing shop on a phone: hoodie and tee tiles, pre-order tag, bag total

Live

Sold Separately

A clothing brand's first drop. Six pieces, size and color on each, pre-orders that close on a date and ship after. The bag adds itself up, checkout takes a name, phone, and how you're paying, and the order lands in his email with a code. Shipping and returns page in his own words.

Live on his own .com. Not a kitchen, same page.

Universal Eatz order page on a phone: pick your protein, pick your entrée

Live

Universal Eatz

Preorders for a one-man kitchen. Pick a protein, pick a flavor, pick an entrée, add-ons, drinks. The bottom bar shows the total as you build. Checkout takes a name, phone, pickup day, and how you're paying. The order hits the owner's email and the customer gets a pay button with the amount filled in.

Built in three days. Two rounds of fixes from testing it on a phone in a parking lot.

Salleys Seafood sample order page on a phone: shoreline hero, order ahead, menu with photos

Sample build

Salleys Seafood

A seafood food truck. One page: order ahead from a menu with photos and prices, pick your stop from this week's list, pay direct, walk straight to the window. Sample, not a real truck.

What you actually get

  • Work instead of texting. Orders come in the same shape every time: who, what, when, how much, how they're paying. No more scrolling DMs for "the guy who wanted extra rice" or "the one who wanted a medium."
  • Not a kitchen? Same idea. Where you are, when you're open, what it costs, how to book. The page answers it, so your phone stops asking.
  • Every total is right. The page adds it up. Add-ons, sizes, quantities. Nobody argues about the price at pickup.
  • You get paid faster. The pay button opens Venmo or Cash App with the amount and the order code already in the note. Zelle and cash at pickup work too.
  • You keep 100%. No app taking 15 to 30 percent. No monthly SaaS bill. Money goes to your own Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Square. Never through me.
  • It works on the phones your customers actually have. Built for a thumb on a cracked screen, not a laptop. Tested on real phones before you see it.
  • Change anything by texting me. New price, sold out, new hours. I update it, usually the same night.
  • A QR code for your flyers, your table, your bags. Scan, order, pay. Plus a link for your Instagram bio.

What it costs

An app or a marketplace takes a cut of every sale forever. Here's mine: one page that takes the order, or one that gets you the call.

Why the prices are lower right now

I'm building my portfolio and I want your page in it. That's the whole reason. One more business gets the Order Page for $250 instead of $500. The first three get the Launch Kit for $500 instead of $750. In return I show your page here and ask you for one honest sentence about working with me. When the spots are gone, the prices go back to normal. If the page still shows the deal, it's yours.

If it isn't taking orders, you don't pay

Send me what you've got. If your page isn't live within seven days, you owe me nothing. I'm not holding your money hostage. I built the first one in three.

What this is not

It's a one-page site, not an app. No accounts, no DoorDash, no Shopify, no ten-page website, no online card processing on day one. If you need those, I'm not your guy yet, and I'll tell you so before you spend a dollar.

Text me what you do

Text me what you do

Fill this out and I'll text you back tonight or tomorrow. Nothing to pay now. First we talk, then I build, then you test it on your phone, then it goes live.

Your number goes to me and nobody else. No list, no spam.

  1. You text me what you sell. A photo of the flyer, the menu, or your Instagram is fine.
  2. I build it and send you a private link. Poke at it on your phone, show it to whoever you trust.
  3. You tell me what's wrong. Two rounds of changes are included.
  4. It goes live within five days. QR code and bio link in your hand. Orders in your email, or calls and bookings straight to your phone.
